The only real valuable thing is intuition. –Albert Einstein

Lately I’ve been seeing a lot of clients who are having trouble making important decisions in their lives.

Maybe you’re figuring out how to move forward in your career and find fulfilling work, or how to let an old relationship go or be open to starting a new one, or how to deal with fertility challenges, or how to move forward out of anxiety or depression–whatever it is, being able to tune into your intuition will help.

For those of you who’ve taken a Reiki class, try this:

Before deciding what to do, give yourself a Reiki self-care treatment. Instead of obsessing about what to do (I know, it’s hard!), be open without expectations and just focus on the Reiki session, paying attention to your breath, the feel of your hands as the Reiki energy flows, and allow your awareness to move inward. As you know, it only takes 10-15 minutes.

This self-care session will bring you toward balance.

If you haven’t taken a Reiki class, book a session. Whether it’s giving yourself a Reiki self-care treatment or receiving a session, both will bring you toward balance and help you find your center.

When we’re balanced, we’re able to gain clarity and insight, better able to sort through our options, and see possibilities we hadn’t considered before.

Upcoming Reiki I Classes

If you’re interested in having a daily Reiki practice that can support you in making the right decisions for you in your life, and helping you feel more balanced and connected to your intuition, my Reiki I class is coming up, starting on February 11th.

In addition to helping you tune in to your intuition, many students have told me how difficult it is for them to meditate, but find Reiki self-care makes it possible for them to achieve that same state of mind.

Other students love using it on their kids (when they wake from a bad dream in the middle of the night, have a fever, or are just feeling restless or out of sorts) or partners and friends (when they’re stressed out, not feeling well, etc).

Learning to give yourself and your friends/family Reiki is a great way to make positive changes in your life in the new year.
