What kinds of sessions are available?
Deborah offers private Reiki, Hypnosis, and Reflexology sessions, in her comfortable Chelsea office in downtown NYC. Sessions last for 60, 90, or 120 minutes and can include one or a combination of these three modalities. See session rates.
How Do I Know Which Is Right For Me?
Reiki, Hypnosis, and Reflexology intersect in many ways, and each offers a unique entry point for healing.
Reiki offers a wonderful way to connect and restore your spirit. Hypnosis is particularly effective with issues involving the mind, such as changing negative behaviors, emotions, and habits. Reflexology works remarkably well with physical issues.
Some clients are drawn to one, while other clients love to combine them. If you’re unsure, try a combination session. Deborah understands that everyone’s needs are unique, and makes personalized recommendations that will be the most effective for you.

What Should I Expect?
Your first session begins with an assessment based on the Intake Form, which is filled out prior to the session. Privacy and confidentiality are maintained at all times.
For Reiki sessions you remain fully clothed and sessions may begin either lying face up or face down on a massage table, depending on the focus of the session.
In the first part of the Hypnosis session the focus is on showing you self-hypnosis techniques that take less than a minute and can be used in moments of stress. The second part of the session is a more formal trance, which is similar to a guided meditation.
For Reflexology sessions, you remove your shoes and socks and lie face up on the massage table for the session.
Everyone changes differently, but 3-6 sessions is the average (longer if it’s a chronic condition), and I’ll be able to give you a personalized recommendation after your first session.
