Invest One Hour

Most of you know by now how much I love giving clients personalized self-help techniques they can use between sessions and to help them see results faster. This was one of the reasons I was excited to do the self-help segment on The Dr. Oz Show and other media appearances.

I was recently talking with one of my long-time clients about this. My ultimate goal is to offer you a stepping stone to your own growth and self healing, which is why it’s so important to me to give you tools you can use on your own. She appreciated that (in her words) I don’t try to keep her dependent on me.

Taking Care of Yourself

We’re all so busy with work, family, and other responsibilities that sometimes it’s easy to forget to take care of ourselves. Investing an hour in yourself to decompress and let go can be an amazing habit to help keep yourself in balance. I try to get one session a week and really noticed a difference once I started doing this (after all, I should practice what I preach!). Many clients made a habit of booking a session once a month and noticed a big difference as well.

Reiki, Tao Hands, and Hypnosis can help you overcome stress, shift your energy, and ultimately lift your spirit. As always, I’ll personalize the session just for you, perhaps with an affirmation, brief meditation or breathing exercise, or extra attention to a particular area of your body that tends to hold stress and tension. Contact me to book a session now.

Try This

What can you do to invest an hour in yourself at least once a month? Hint: it doesn’t necessarily have to involve getting a session–that’s just my personal favorite!
